OFFICIAL JEEP BASH DRIVER MOVE-IN INFORMATION
Welcome to the KMC Jeep Bash presented by Jeep at Bolsa Chica State Beach. We have received and approved your vehicle and are excited that you are joining us for the 5th Annual Event!
The KMC Jeep Bash will feature Jeeps and Vendors from all over Southern California and beyond. We will have a band playing and food and activities available. Be sure to visit all of our vendors for a chance to win some amazing raffle prizes!

If you have registered in advance for the event, DO NOT enter through Parking Tolls on PCH.
Your parking is included with your space, but if you pay at the toll we cannot reimburse you.

WE HAVE 100s OF VEHICLES TO PARK, SHOWING UP EARLY ONLY CREATES DELAYS.
PLEASE BE PREPARED FOR SOME WAIT TIME. WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO PARK ASAP.

LOAD-IN INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Jeeps - Expect a line and please be patient.
2. Parking is covered with your Jeep Bash application, please do not go to Parking attendants and pay $15 for parking. They will direct you to non- Jeep Bash lots and we will not reimburse if you go through State Parks Parking Stall.
3. Vehicles not pre-registered for Jeep Bash are considered spectators and MUST pay to park in Paid Parking off of PCH.
4. Credentials – Each lot will have a checkin location. Everyone in your group will need to sign a waiver and receive a vehicle window parking pass (must be displayed on your dash at all times during the event).
5. Parking - All transport vehicles and storage trailers must be parked at owner’s expense in State Beach Parking.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Display Vehicles - Once a vehicle is parked, it cannot move without direction from Jeep Bash Staff, which will only be done after the event ends. Fire lanes take priority and we reserve the right to adjust vehicle placement per Fire Marshall direction.
1. Canopies / EZ – Ups. Canopies are allowed in the sand & perimeter of the parking lots. They are not allowed in the actual parking lot during the show. You must make sure any EZ Ups are properly secured for the wind and they must remain attended. You are responsible for any damages created by your person and property.
Weather - Forecasted to be mid 80’s and Sunny. We highly recommend wearing sunscreen and reapplying routinely throughout the day. *Weather Subject to Change
2. Lot Assignments – We cannot re-assign which lot you are in. If you wish to be by someone who is in your lot, we suggest you arrive together. We cannot save or hold spaces for someone. If you are not in the same lot, there is plenty of opportunity to socialize with each other in the vendor areas and in the restaurants on site.
3. Food – There will be on site food vendors and beverages. You are able to bring your own food and beverages as long as you follow California State Beach Rules. This includes no alcohol, no charcoal grills, fire rings are first come first serve.
4. Dogs – Dogs are allowed as long as they are on a leash and cannot be on the sand.
